We’re excited to help people build careers, launch local dealer businesses, and offer premium above-ground pool solutions to homeowners across the U.S. However, before you move forward, it’s important that you understand exactly what we offer — and what we do NOT promise.

1. Earnings Disclaimer

AcquaWave does not guarantee or promise any specific income amount. All references to earnings or income potential — including examples of $2,500 per sale or $120K+ annually — are for illustration only. These figures reflect what some dealers or sales reps have earned, but individual results will vary significantly depending on:

      • Personal effort and sales ability
      • Local market conditions and competition
      • Number of appointments or leads worked
      • Communication and follow-up skills
      • Experience level and consistency

This is not a salaried position. It is an independent contractor opportunity and all earnings are 100% performance-based. Some individuals may earn less or none at all.

2. Dealer Program vs. Franchise

AcquaWave is not a franchise. We do not charge ongoing royalties or require exclusive commitments. However, we do offer:

      • A Dealer Startup Marketing Kit (setup & digital tools)
      • Optional zone exclusivity (limited availability)
      • Back-end tools, landing pages, and wholesale pricing.

This is designed to help self-motivated individuals build a local pool business without the overhead of a traditional franchise model. You are free to set your own hours, generate your own leads, and keep 100% of your profits from sales made in your zone.

While our structure shares some features with franchise programs (training, branding, etc.), we do not make any claims that this is a registered franchise offering. Any expansion into franchise registration will be evaluated as the company grows.

3. Career Opportunities – Important Notice

We may list job titles like "Sales Rep" or "Territory Manager" on certain pages or ads. These are contractor-based roles, not traditional employment. There are:

      • No base salaries or hourly pay
      • No health or employment benefits
      • No guaranteed commissions

Opportunities are open to individuals who enjoy flexible work, are self-driven, and want to help homeowners improve their outdoor spaces.

4. Territory / Zone Access

Territories or “Marketing Zones” are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may involve a setup fee. However, these fees are for:

      • Landing page customization
      • Listing tools and marketing kit
      • Access to wholesale pricing and support tools

Zone fees do not guarantee sales, leads, or any exclusive legal right to an area. They are tools to help you get started quickly and professionally.

5. Legal and Financial Responsibility

All dealers and contractors are responsible for:

      • Registering any local business entities, if required
      • Understanding and following their state’s tax and contractor laws
      • Representing AcquaWave truthfully and professionally

Misrepresentation, misuse of logos or materials, or dishonest sales practices may result in immediate removal from our program.
