4. Marketing Zone & Dealer Program
Acqua Wave offers a limited number of exclusive marketing zones through our authorized dealer program. These zones are assigned to individuals or businesses approved by our internal review process.
Important Note: This is not a franchise opportunity. Dealers do not receive territorial ownership or franchising rights. The dealer program allows for marketing and lead generation support within a pre-approved local region.
Acqua Wave reserves the right to modify or revoke zone assignments at any time.

For products or services purchased through the Website, full payment may be required up front. A $500 deposit may be required to lock in a quote.
Customers may cancel within 3 business days for a full refund. In cases of financing denial or product unavailability, your deposit will also be refunded.
After that window, cancellation penalties may apply, especially if product delivery or scheduling has already occurred.
